Goodbye n Goodhye

My 2 and a half years of classes and exams, Alhamdulilah has ended last thursday. Now it's time to get real. To face everything that are not written in the book. InsyaAllah I'm going to enter the real world of corporate finance starting on 2 January 2013 for my 4 months internship.

Please pray for me. May Allah ease everything InsyaAllah, aminn ya rabb.

This is the last photo taken with my sweetie classmates cum housemates. For the last 2 years, we've been together through the ups and downs, seen the smile and tears and Alhamdulilah we are still together.

Allah, I truly love them.

Now, let's get busy!!

Past Beautiful Memories.

I know I know, its been a while since the last time I update anything on my blog. I've been tremendously busy completing my final semester tasks and preparing for final examination on December, spending my precious time with my dear family and friends, attending WSOC and Weekender Club's event, and still continuously finding ways to be a better Muslim, insyaAllah. Despite of the hectic schedule and the usual stress as a final year student, Alhamdulilah I'm still alive!!! :)

Apakah? Hehe.

But anyway, I miss my blog, I do. I have so much things to share with you guys but it's kinda awkward to write again after long silence. So many times I try to write a post but then tiba-tiba lost idea to write so I delete before publish it. Sengal kan? So right now I aim to finish writing this simple post and regardless of how boring the post may sound, I would click the publish button! Hee. Please bare with me, people. Please ;)

Kursus Keusahawanan Siswazah (Entrepreneurship Course)
September 21-23, 2012

My first ever course!

I usually decline any formal event during weekends as I believe weekends are the best time to spend with my dear family and friends. But I can't say no to this course because it was compulsory for selected Faculty of Business' students to attend. The 3 days course was organized by the Selangor state government to develop the interest and prepare student with business plan and the skills necessary to operate a successful business.

The course was Alhamdulilah, a very enlighten one. I feel like open up my own business someday, insyaAllah. It is still my long, ongoing big dreams :)

"Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

I made it to the top, MashaAllah! I can't even believe I did it because the 6 hours journey was a very tricky one I would say.  For not-so-adventurous me, I was like crying, praying and wishing that I didn't climb the hill in the first place! I even vowed "no more Tabur after this, no more." and I'll remember to keep my words :P

All praises to Allah for a great-adventurous journey, an amazing view from the top SubhanAllah and superb supporters (the guys) who have been so patience with us. Such a wonderful friends, really. They never stop motivate and help us to complete the journey by answering the above non-stop annoying questions. Hahahaha.

Weekenders' Visit at Children Ward HKL
October 6, 2012

A 3-hours heart touching moments where we were given the chance to entertain the kids at Children Ward, Hospital Kuala Lumpur. We sang together, played games for hours, chit-chatting, played guitar with the kids, draw faces (the gifted Aina was in charge for this slot), makan-makan and ended with photo session.

It was truly an amazing experience! Alhamdulilah, just seeing the kids' smile, instantly it brightens up my day :)

Mungkin Yang Terakhir.

Solat, puasa, sambung mengaji MashaAllah seronok rasa tak mampu diungkapi

Moga hati kami berterusan bersungguh mencari lesen menjadi ahli syurgawi.

InsyaAllah.

Ramadhan yang pergi tetap akan pergi, tapi ramadhan yang abadi tetap hidup dalam hati kami.

Taqaballahuminnawaminkum.

Shanthoh Ramadhan II (Bubur Lambuk)

Sedih yet happy!

I haven't been able to attend the whole part of event but I was there earlier to help them prepare the Bubur Lambuk and off to Linda's house after Asar to prepare for the crew's Iftar. I'm pretty sure the guys were having fun distributing Shanthoh as much as Linda and I were having fun main masak-masak dekat dapur! Hee. They distributed over 250 Shanthoh of yummy Bubur Lambuk at Wangsa Walk. (FYI, the venue was change from Jalan Tar to Wangsa Walk)

Alhamdulilah, we all gathered again for Iftar at Linda's house with happy and completely satisfied faces for yet another great event!!

La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah.

Alhamdulilah and congratulations to everyone! ^_^

Nice job guys!! ^_^

Brand New

I've been fully occupied this past few weeks. Or months? I'm not really sure..

But Alhamdulilah, I'm incredibly happy and I'd really wish I could share my happiness with you. But then I realize, I'm just another stranger to you.

Dear you,

I can't even begin to describe the happiness of my brand new life. The emotions were overwhelming joy, really. In 18 weeks of semester break, I've attended amazing events, done many projects with WSOC team and other groups, met hundreds of cool people that inspired me to do more, learn how to cook, spend more time with family and friends and was offered a pretty cool job from the person I admire most, Masha Allah. I never imagined my life would ever turn out this way. I just want to keep doing what I'm doing right now and continue learning from others, InsyaAllah. I have learned to seek happiness by thinking about other people's needs and limiting my desires. Truly, this is what I've been looking for my whole life to build up my inner strength all over again. All praises to Allah for the beautiful journey that He has led me to.

But apart from everything, though you and the memories are slowly fading away, I always ended my day by hoping that you too are leading a better life and found what you are looking for. I wish nothing but the best for you because I firmly believe you are one of the nicest person I've known my entire life. I pray may Allah make you happy, make you smile, guide you safely through every mile and most of all grant you paradise InsyaAllah, Aminn ya rabb.

If we ever meet again someday, InsyaAllah, let's keep the past behind and cheers to a brand new us! ^_^

Shanthoh Ramadhan (Bags of Ramadhan)

Alhamdulilah, all praises to Allah for another successful project happened last friday by WSOC. The idea of doing this project was voice out by a friend who is currently studying in Egypt. We were told that Shantoh Ramadhan is quite a tradition in Egypt during Ramadhan where the youth will distribute bags filled with food and drinks for those who stuck in traffic jam and can't make their way home in time for Iftar. The word Shantoh itself means bag or plastic bag to be exact, but for our project we decided to use paper bag instead because it's more environmentally friendly containing the usual Iftar meal of dates, drinks, chocolate wafer and a small Islamic bookmark.

We started to distribute 1000 'Bags of Ramadhan' at 6.45pm in front of Medan Mara Building and finished right before Maghrib Adhan. Masha Allah, over 40 volunteers from WSOC, Alumni SKTS'96, Weekenders Club and the Ampang Line joined us last friday! Such a great crowd for a great event, Subahanallah. Thank you Allah, thank you to all the donors who contributed in the project and to everyone who involve directly or indirectly in making this project a huge success!

And guess what? All the volunteers were forced to wear kain pelikat/kain batik as part of the outfit for the project! Surprisingly everyone were very cool enough to cope with the project leader's idea eventhough it was a very last minute thing. Semua buat muka redha je. Haha but no doubt, that crazy idea just made the project more fun and cute! And beside that, it also help us to recognize our team members because who knows you might get lost walking among the crowd of busy street in Kuala Lumpur, right? So yeah, thanks to the project leader for the idea :)

And we're also welcoming all the new members to the WSOC family with open arms and big hugs ^_^ Hehe. Salam ukhuwahfillah, salam WSOC :) Hope to see you guys again at the next event insyaAllah.

And btw, there will be another Shanthoh Ramadhan project this Sunday organized by Weekenders Club, so if you feel like having the experience of doing something good to the community and see the happiness on the face of others, do take part in the event! You will definitely enjoy to the full, insyaAllah :) But remember, do it for the sake of Allah, Lillahi ta'ala, okay pals? ;) The rewards of giving Iftar to a fasting man is an act of great merit as the Prophet SAW said in one of the hadith;

Zaib ibn Khalik Jehmi has related that our Prophet SAW has said, “He who gives iftar to another fasting person shall earn reward equivalent to a fasting man without detracting from the reward of the latter.” (At-Tirmidhi)

So guys, let's grab the rewards and the pleasure of Allah before Ramadhan ends! May Allah accept from us all the good deeds and grant us with maghfirah, insyaAllah. Aminn ya rabb.

Here are some of the photos taken before, during and after the event that I want to share with you and hopefully you too could feel the fun and happiness from the pictures! Hee ;) Assalamualaikum
